Rapid Protein Synthesis using Compartmentalized TX-TL System. The technology has potential to replace conventional cell based recombinant protein production process.
PROBLEM ADDRESSED
Recombinant protein production from bacteria or cell lines is time-consuming, involving multiple steps and often producing inclusion bodies in prokaryotes. Additionally, producing toxin or post-translationally modified proteins is challenging and costly.
About The Technology
The TX-TL system removes the need for clone selection and cell growth optimization. DNA is added, activated by sonication, and incubated for protein expression within 1-2 hours.
